About Us
We began as a data analytics consulting firm (Legacy Analytics and Insights) focused on improving health disparities. With over 20 years of collective experience, we work with hospitals, healthcare systems, and non-profit organizations to identify where disparities exist and create innovative solutions to eliminate them.
Through our work in this space, we have witnessed the lack of diverse talent in data and analytics. This lack of diversification leads to biased data and poorer business outcomes. Thus, Healthcare Analytics Academy, our coaching program, was born to increase representation of underrepresented professionals in data and analytics.
